Appointment and install text updates

What these texts are

Customers who agree receive text updates from Wheelhouse Design Company LLC about their own scheduled work: confirming an appointment or install the day before, and letting them know when our installer is on the way. Our closet work is sold under our own trade name, Auburn Closet Co, so closet customers see that name. It is the same company, not an affiliate or partner. No other company sends these texts or receives consent.

These texts are not marketing. Every message names our coordinator, Lauren, and her number, (334) 752-2872, for questions. Replies are read by our office.

How customers opt in

1. When we schedule your work. Our coordinator asks:

“Is it OK if we text you appointment and install updates at this number? It's a few texts per job, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime.”

If you say yes, she records your answer, the date and the number in our scheduling system. If you say no, you won't receive these texts and we'll keep in touch by phone or email.

2. On our consultation request forms at auburnclosetco.com and wheelhousedesignco.com. The form asks for a phone number, and an optional box, unchecked by default, gives permission to text that number. Shown here for display only:

Agreeing to texts is never required to request a consultation or to buy anything from us.

The first text you receive confirms you are subscribed:

Example messages

• Auburn Closet Co: Hi Jane, confirming your closet install tomorrow, arrival window 8:30 to 9:30 AM. Reply YES if someone will be home starting at 8:30 AM. Questions? Text Lauren at (334) 752-2872.
• Auburn Closet Co: Good morning. Salter is loading up at the shop and should arrive around 9:00 AM. Questions? Text Lauren at (334) 752-2872.

Terms

• Message frequency varies, usually a few messages per scheduled appointment or install.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to stop. You will receive one confirmation that you are unsubscribed. Reply START to resume.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact [email protected] or (334) 752-2872.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
