1. Program

“Install text updates” is a text messaging program run by Wheelhouse Design Company LLC for its own customers. Our closet work is sold under our own trade name, Auburn Closet Co, so closet customers see that name; it is the same company, not an affiliate or partner. Messages are about the customer's own scheduled work: confirming an appointment or install the day before with the arrival window, and letting the customer know when our installer is on the way. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.

2. Consent

You join only by agreeing directly: by telling our coordinator yes when she schedules your work, or by checking the optional, unchecked box on our consultation request form. Consent is specific to this program. It is not part of any other agreement and is not a condition of any purchase. See how customers opt in.

3. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, usually a few messages per scheduled appointment or install. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Reply START to join again.

6. Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy
