Program

Wheelhouse Design Company LLC (Auburn, Alabama) sends text notifications from Notebook, our internal operations app, to our employees and contractors who opt in. Messages are operational: task assignments, access requests, schedule reminders and inventory alerts. We do not send marketing messages, and this program does not text customers or the public. Customer appointment and install texts are a separate program with its own number and terms.

Opting in

Team members opt in inside Notebook by entering their mobile number and checking a box that is unchecked by default. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of employment or engagement. See the opt-in form.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with work activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out (STOP)

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You can also turn text notifications off in Notebook. Reply START to resume.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
