Who receives these texts

Wheelhouse Design Company LLC sends internal operational text notifications from Notebook, our internal operations app, to our own employees and contractors only. Messages cover work activity such as task assignments, access requests, schedule reminders and inventory alerts.

No marketing messages are sent. Customers and members of the public do not receive these texts.

How team members opt in

Notebook requires a login, so the form is shown below exactly as it appears to team members inside Notebook. Each person enters their own mobile number and checks the box, which is unchecked by default. This copy is for display only and does not collect anything.

After opting in, the team member receives this confirmation text:

What to expect
